"I've used Golden Star on multiple occasions for myself and for clients that have tenant improvement needs. In particular, I use Golden Star where my client's need tenant improvements or re-modeling done on an expedited basis. They've completed exterior and interior remodels on commercial property; ranging from retail restaurants, medical, office, and industrial properties.

They have long standing relationships with the various trade subcontractors and always manage to complete improvements (some of which have been rather extensive) in a very fast time frame.

Overall, my experience has been excellent over a 10 year period of time where I've used Golden Star Construction on a range of projects. They have always completed the job on time (which is rare in the construction world) on on budget as originally proposed. Often, the jobs I've used Golden Star on are time sensitive and I have full confidence they can get the job done as scheduled.

Additionally, they clean the job once completed so the tenant can effectively move in without delay or concern for ongoing work. This has also been an important aspect in my experience - they leave a nice clean, completed project at the end."
